I was first introduced to WHC a couple of years back through Rich Martin of Karen Derr and Associates. I was immediately struck by their unique architecture and quality of construction. After meeting with Marcus, Philip and Angela it became clear what WHC was all about. Their design expressions their philosophy much more so than the typical builder whose goal is merely to move their product. From the efficiency in design and non standard use of angles to the 10 year warranty; their customers maintain a pride of ownership unrivaled by any other group of buyers. The opportunity to work with this group is always a pleasure.
As a full service mortgage provider, my goal is to provide every prospective borrower with full measure of knowledge and respect, no matter if it is their first home or their 5th. My job is to not only shop the pick of available rates for my customers while helping them navigate through the sea of lending options, products and terms. My strength is in the analysis of my customers financial and life goals and making suggestions that help them meet those goals. A home loan should be viewed as a financial tool and not just a means to an end. Even someone who would otherwise be a cash buyer can potentially benefit from investing those funds elsewhere.
WHC does not require that their buyers use any particular lender. It is important to them that the lender you choose is able to see the transaction through to the end and identify any pitfalls up front that could stand in the way of loan approval. Buying a new home is a memorable experience. The lender you choose will effect how you remember the initial transaction. I am committed to my customers in that I always strive to provide the smoothest transaction possible, conduct my business with honesty, integrity and maintain a level of contact with my borrowers after the transaction is funded. Just because the loan process is complete does not mean that you will not have questions in the future.
