Angela is president of Speer Industries and
maintains a partnership interest in Whole Home
Concepts, LLC. "One of the benefits of

on involvement. Home building allows me an opportunity
to utilize more than 30 years experience building
commercial, municipal, university and public playground
projects. The fulfillment related with building
original and obtainable homes is very rewarding
and creates for me a sense of community involvement."

Schmitt
Marcus Schmitt is a Co-manager of Whole
Home Concepts;
I have been rearranging Heights and Montrose houses
for
over 10 years. WHC allows me to take what
I have learned to create truly unique and modern
homes where form follows function. The heart of
WHC's creativity stems from the passions
of all the partners involved. Providing home owners
with a comfortable, efficient and artistic environment
gives me great satisfaction.
